A Note on Water Weight
When it comes to weight management, water tends to make things confusing. Here's why:
That can make it seem like Energy Balance isn't working.
For example, even if you manage to consistently take in less energy than you burn, on occasion you might still see the scale go up from one day to the next.
That doesn't mean you failed, or that you're a special snowflake defying fundamental laws of physics.
It just means that the amount of water your body is holding went up since you last stepped on the scale.
