This is by design. While exploring new, cutting-edge research and trying new things can certainly be fun, interesting, and exciting, it's not necessary:
Properly nourishing your body and training it for the demands of every day life doesn't require advanced technology, highly specialized supplements, or elaborate hacks. It can be done with relatively simple practices, done consistently.
So my goal here is to present fundamental, well-researched knowledge that will help you separate fact from fiction when it comes to lifestyle advice, and put you in a position to make informed decisions about your own nutrition and fitness.
